I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. NOT TRANSPARENT, UNPROFESSIONAL AND DODGY AT BEST.
PART 1. I organized to leave my car here for long storage. ( 3/4 months ). First impressions was that the company was very, very relaxed. A bit too relaxed. No need for paperwork or booking my car in. Just show up. I found that very odd. Unfortunately I ignored my instincts. I dropped my car off and signed a 4 page document basically stating I had no rights if the car was damaged in any way. Also after verbally confirming the car is stored under cover this statement clearly sais undercover is subject to availability. No copy was given as stated in the document. I photographed the pages. I left without giving payment, credit card details or any ID. This made me even more nervous leaving without any formal paperwork exchanged. A Very casual business indeed. PART 2. I left an air tag in the car… so the next two days my car spend outside on the grass where I’d left it behind a fence on Greenbank Rd, Aeroglen. Whether it was locked behind the gate, I’m unsure of. The next day l see my car shows up in Grafton street, Cairns. Then for the next few days at some school address on O’Keefe Street in Cairns north. Until the air tag doesn’t register anymore. Police were called so l could retrieve my car as soon as possible. As far as l knew my car could have been stolen. There is no reason for my car to be in Grafton street or O’Keefe street. It is not where I agreed to store the car nor was l informed the car would be driven elsewhere. Apparently the company has another car storage in town, at this O’Keefe address. They do not seem to think it’s your business to know that they drive your car 20 minutes away from where you drop it off, run personal errands in your car, and then store it at a different location to what you are aware off. I had my friend collect the car as soon as possible, she noted it had been left in the weather and very, very dusty. I dropped the car off freshly washed.
