1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of storage and parking services provided by Cairns Airport Parkings. By storing your vehicle with us, you agree to comply with the terms outlined below.

2. Operating Hours

Our standard operating hours are:

7:00 AM to 4:00 PM – 7 Days a Week

Services outside normal operating hours are available by prior arrangement only.

3. Storage Services

We provide:

• Indoor warehouse vehicle storage

• Undercover parking

• Private lock-up garages (subject to availability)

All vehicles are stored indoors within secure warehouse facilities.

4. Storage Rates

• Indoor Warehouse Storage: $75.00 per week (family-size vehicles)

• Larger Vehicles: Rates vary depending on vehicle size

• Private Lock-Up Garage: $75.00 to $85.00 per week (subject to availability)

All pricing is subject to change without notice.

5. Vehicle Maintenance During Storage

While in storage:

• Vehicles are stored indoors

• Batteries may be maintained

• Tyres are monitored

• Vehicles may be moved slightly to prevent tyre flat spots

There is no additional charge for indoor maintenance measures undertaken during storage.

6. Notice Requirements for Vehicle Collection

If no return date has been nominated:

• A minimum of 48 hours notice is required prior to collection.

• If the vehicle has been stored for one month or more, 72 hours notice is required.

Failure to provide required notice may result in the company applying an opening fee for access to the high-security warehouse.

7. Access & Collection

Vehicle collection must occur during operating hours unless prior arrangements have been made.

Customers are responsible for confirming collection time in advance.

8. Security

We take reasonable measures to ensure vehicles are stored in a secure indoor facility. However, customers acknowledge that:

• Vehicles are stored at the owner’s risk.

• Customers are responsible for ensuring their vehicle is insured.

• Personal belongings should not be left inside the vehicle unless necessary.

We invite customers to inspect the storage facilities prior to booking.

9. Airport Transport

Taxi fare to Cairns Airport is approximately $20.00.
Transport arrangements are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed.

10. Payment Terms

Storage fees are payable as agreed at the time of booking. Ongoing storage may require periodic payment as determined by management.

Failure to pay storage fees may result in additional charges or restricted access to the vehicle.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Cairns Airport Parkings shall not be liable for:

• Loss or damage caused by events beyond reasonable control

• Mechanical or electrical failure of stored vehicles

• Pre-existing vehicle conditions

Nothing in these terms excludes rights under Australian Consumer Law.

12. Amendments

Cairns Airport Parkings reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be published on this website.
